Mystic Seaport, Rhode Island

 Mystic Seaport — The Museum of America and the Sea — is the nation's leading maritime museum. We explored American maritime history first-hand as we climbed aboard historic tall ships, strolled through a re-created 19th-century coastal village and watched a working preservation shipyard in action.

We even got in on the act

Remember the movie 'Mystic Pizza'.  Three teenage girls come of age while working at a pizza parlor in Mystic Connecticut.  We ate lunch there.  Great Pizza!  The movie put them on the map.
