Well, here we are in Kansas and guess what, 98 degrees when we made it to our campgrounds. We are staying at Spring Lake RV Resort which is just a few miles West of Halstead, Kansas. We have stayed here before and I would recommend it if you are ever in the area.
We visited with Dorma’s sister today who is in Inman, Kansas. Most of her sister’s family live in the general area. While on the way back to the camp, we ran on to a Cushman ladies motorcycle gang. Actually they were having a meeting at the Hutchison, Kansas fairgrounds. The CCOA (Cushman Club of America) is a group that is interested in preserving the Cushman motor cycle.
